Privacy

• Your email address and Google account identifier, because signing in is how an account exists at all.
• Your age bracket — over 18, or 13 to 17 — and the date you answered.
• A parent or guardian's email address, for an account belonging to someone under 18.
• Your orders: the topic, side, event, the description you typed, what the run cost us, and the file it produced.
• Your email address again if you asked for an invite before you had an account.

Your date of birth. The age screen asks for it, works out which side of 18 you are on, and discards it. What is written to the database is the bracket. Keeping a child’s birth date on file to prove we asked would be the collection the rule exists to prevent.

Payment details. Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch our servers. What we keep is the record that a payment happened, how much credit it bought, and Stripe’s reference for it.

Anything about a guardian beyond the address. It is used for one notice and for closing the account. It is not a marketing list.

• Anthropic runs the generation. It receives the topic and the description you typed, never your email address or your age.
• Resend sends the email. It receives your address and the file.
• Stripe takes payment. It receives your email address and the amount, and holds the card details.
• Neon stores the database and Vercel runs the site.
• Nobody else. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or analytics product on this site.

DebAGI is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them. The age screen runs before an invite code can be redeemed, and an answer below 13 stops the account there — no order can be placed and nothing beyond the sign-in address exists to keep.

If you believe an account belongs to someone under 13, write to invites@debagi.tech and we will delete it and its orders.

Email invites@debagi.tech from the address on the account, or, for a guardian, from the address we notified. Your row, your orders and the files we generated go with it. Files already emailed to you are yours and stay in your inbox.
