Terms and refunds

A generated debate evidence file, delivered by email as a .docx and a .cmir, with a zip of every source it was cut from. Card bodies are verbatim published text with full cites; the tags, the selection and the highlighting are written by an AI model. It is a digital good made to order, and it is yours to keep once sent.

A full file usually arrives within a few hours of ordering and a single card within minutes, by email to the address on your account. You get an email when the order starts and another when it is delivered.

The price of each kind of order is shown on the order form before you place it. Prices are introductory, in US dollars, and may change; the price you see when you place an order is the one that is charged.

• You pay by card, through Stripe, for credit on your DebAGI account. We never see or hold your card number.
• Each order spends credit at the price shown. Credit does not expire.
• Credit is not transferable between accounts.

• An order that fails, for any reason on our side, is refunded to your credit balance automatically. You will see it on your order page.
• Unspent credit is refunded to the card it was bought with on request, within 30 days of purchase. Email us from the address on your account.
• A delivered file is not refundable, because it cannot be returned. If a file arrives unreadable or plainly not what was ordered, email us within 7 days and we will regenerate it or refund the order to your balance.

You must be 13 or older, and if you are under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian’s email address and write to them once. The safety page covers that, and the privacy page covers what we keep. Files are for your own or your squad’s debate preparation; reselling them is not permitted.

A file is research and formatting done by software, delivered as is. We check that every card body matches its source and that the file passes our own quality gates, and we do not warrant that any argument in it will win a round or suit a particular judge.
